Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Feng Ink Tattoo! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable consultation experience for each client, please review and follow our consultation policy: 1. Appointment Confirmation All consultations require an online booking. Please visit our website or contact us through our social media channels to schedule your free initial consultation and discuss your design ideas. 2. Punctuality To avoid impacting other clients' appointments, please arrive on time. If you're unable to make it at the scheduled time, reach out to us in advance to reschedule. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We understand unexpected situations may arise, but advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule for other clients. 4. Consultation Details During the consultation, our tattoo artist will discuss your design concept, style, and details with you. We recommend bringing any reference images to help the artist better understand your vision. 5. Hygiene and Safety We prioritize the safety and health of our clients by adhering to strict hygiene standards within the studio.
